Ann O’Brien coordinates the RCIA program and A.C.T.S. Outreach Ministry (Acts of Compassion Through Service) and promotes evangelization and discipleship. Ann has worked in ministry for the past 25 years, having served in parish life, diocesan youth retreats, and in campus ministry at Marywood University where she coordinated faith-based mission trips and community outreach for 15 years. Ann holds a bachelors degree in Human Services from the University of Scranton and is a licensed Social Worker, having earned her M.S.W. from Marywood University. She completed the Liturgy Certificate Program from the Pastoral Formation Institute in the Diocese of Scranton and has been on numerous mission trips, serving from Scranton to Guatemala to Africa. Ann grew up in Scranton and is happy to have settled in Jessup with her husband, Christopher and their daughter, Sarah.
