Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

MBSR  (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is a deeply reflective 8-week program led by Phil Sallavanti, Mindfulness instructor. It aims at reducing personal stress and encourages peaceful human interaction among family members, friends and the environment.  This program can also bear great spiritual advantages since many of its tools can be applied to spiritual growth. Programs vary at different times of the year and are open to both parishioners and visitors.
